OUR POLICY

Designs -

All digital renderings are a tool provided to help our clients best visualize their final product and projects. Any colors in digital renderings are a representation of the requested color and are not an exact match to the physical powder coat color. Edwyn will gladly send a physical sample of any standard powder coat color for free. Custom powder coat colors are available at an additional fee to the client and upon request. Edwyn Golf Company currently does not own any patient designs on any products sold. Many of the products are an industry standard or we have made our own design change to similar products in our industry.

Quotes –

All quotes are good for 30 days, after 30 days a new quote is required. Should you get a quote from another company that is less or wish to discuss pricing, we welcome competitive pricing. We always strive to give our clients the pest quality products at the pest price.

Payments –

All orders are subject to paying a 50% deposit in order for production to start. Once the deposit is received production will start. Deposits are based off the total amount of the signed order form. All customized orders are finalized once 50% deposit is received. The second half of the deposit is due prior to product shipping. Special payment arrangements can be made if discussed with Edwyn Golf Co. prior to purchase.

Shipping & Receiving –

Quotes and signed purchase agreements do not include shipping price. All shipping invoices are on net 30 terms. A tracking number and shipping invoice will be sent to our clients once product ships.

Refunds & Returns - 

All customized products are final and are not available for refunds or returns. However, we are dedicated to our customers, if you are unhappy with your product and feel it is not what you signed off on, please contact our customer service department so we can help.
